About The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Community Manager who is passionate about educating, upskilling and improving the overall Cato Experience for our Customers, Partners and Employees. This individual will need to be articulate and motivated whilst also wanting to have fun while they make history.

As a member of the Product Management team, you will be working closely with our customers as well as our Sales Engineering, Customer Success, R&D and other Catonians to help define, plan, execute and facilitate both new feature development and release. You will be at the forefront of our latest and greatest enhancements and will be a key part of Cato’s continued development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, Moderate, Maintain and drive the Cato Community, for Customers, Partners and Cato Employees.
  • Engage with our customer-base to ensure rapid response to technical and non-technical enquiries.
  • Communicate changes, updates, and enhancements of the Cato Product to our users.
  • Drive adoption of Product features and provide actionable input into the development teams for continued enhancement of our service offerings.
  • Facilitate Customer-facing webinars and educational materials
  • Connect and empower Cato Employees with the Knowledge that they require.
  • Evangelize the Cato solution to contribute to success.
  • Produce 'best-practice' documentation and articles through field engagements.
  • Provide input to both the Development and Product Management teams to help shape the future of the Cato Solution

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • Excellent and articulate oral and written communication skills with a passion for working with customers and empowering others.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with a willingness to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Great troubleshooting abilities and passion to dive into complicated technical problems in real production environments
  • Ability to work with a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team
  • Excellent Presentation skills (experience with livestreaming or video editing a plus)
  • A constant desire to personally develop, and to help others learn.
  • Comprehensive experience and deep knowledge of network, endpoint, and cloud security solutions.
  • Experience with SASE and security cloud services is an advantage.
