ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for allowing my participation in the Porsche driving experience activity, either as a passenger, driver, or spectator (the “Activity”), I confirm the below:
I confirm am voluntarily participating in the Activity at my own risk. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in the Activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location(s) or facility(ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown to me.
I release from liability and waive any right either I, or anyone on my behalf, may have to against Cato Networks, Ltd., its affiliates, employees, officers, (collectively “Cato”) from any and all claims or lawsuit, including claims of Cato’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in the Activity, and agree to hold harmless, and forever discharge Cato from all liability and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to me.
