Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)

Cato DEM is a feature of the Cato SASE Cloud Platform. IT teams can easily activate DEM and immediately experience its benefits. The solution architecture eliminates the need to deploy sensors or perform any integration work. Data is automatically collected from existing sensors such as the Cato Client, Cato SD-WAN, Cato PoPs, and the Cato Global Private Backbone. Performance and experience baselines are calculated automatically and presented to the IT teams in the DEM dashboard and reports.

Cato DEM is a native component of the Cato Management Application (CMA). All dashboards and reports are consistent with other functionalities in CMA and the Cato SASE Cloud Platform, eliminating long learning curves and slow value realization. Policies, logs, events and objects such as users, sites and applications are consistent and unified throughout the platform. This consistency enables IT teams to easily understand and correlate data points without the need to map between different references or presentations across multiple solutions.
