Demand Generation Manager

Now we’re looking for a full-stack Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing team! You will be in charge of driving growth, managing and optimizating of Cato’s marketing initiatives to enable the marketing organization to meet demand generation goals.


  • Develop and expand the online funnel
  • Strategically plan to achieve quarterly goals and report on them
  • Find opportunities to optimize campaigns (for example: personalization per vertical, title, geo, role)
  • Measure, monitor and flag regarding traffic in/out of the program.
  • Run different stages of ABM and intent programs.
  • Manage intent engines
  • Actively lead, build, and manage an outsourced team as required


  • B2B experience - a must
  • At least 5 years of experience with inbound and outbound marketing methods and activities: demand generation, intent marketing or account based marketing
  • Hands on experience in building and managing online marketing campaigns – end to end – from audience match to execution, analyzing performance, optimizing and reporting.
  • Experience with multiple marketing technology tools and methods
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing automation tools (like Marketo). Collaborate with designers and copywriters effectively, optimizing content and design, A/B test.
  • Experience with working with product marketing team, understand product use cases, accurately market the solution to the relevant audience and stay up to date with product new features.
  • Highly analytical with a keen creative sensibility; Go beyond the surface to leverag data and insights into informed recommendations
  • Passionate, commited, experienced and execution-rock-star are a must
  • A positive attitude in everything you do
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal processes, procedures and ongoing marketing activities in a fast pace marketing organization.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Opportunistic and scrappy. Can capture and execute opportunities as they arise, even under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and strategically driven with an ability to prioritize.
