As the leader in SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), we are transforming how enterprises and service providers connect and secure their networks. We're looking for an experienced and technically skilled Product Manager to join our Network & Platform team, focusing on delivering innovative solutions tailored to the needs of Service Providers.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a senior Product Manager, Sales Engineer, or Network Architect with at least 8 years of experience in designing, deploying, or managing IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, IPSec, or related networking technologies—preferably in large enterprise or Service Provider environments. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver capabilities that enable global Service Providers to build, operate, and scale services using Cato’s platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and execution for Service Provider-focused features within the Cato Cloud platform.
- Collaborate closely with Service Providers to understand their technical and business requirements, and translate those into product features and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional project execution across R&D, Architecture, Sales, Operations, and Partner Success teams.
- Design and drive networking solutions involving BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, and OSS/BSS integration.
- Define clear and detailed product requirements and work closely with Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales engagements to support strategic deals and validate roadmap alignment.
- Represent Cato in external meetings with Service Provider customers and partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product decisions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Sales Engineer, or Network Architect in the Service Provider or large enterprise networking space.
- Deep technical knowledge in IP/MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN, IPSec, and other routing/security protocols.
- Proven experience designing or supporting large-scale network deployments.
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems and integration challenges in carrier environments.
- Strong understanding of network operations and troubleshooting tools commonly used by Service Providers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business mindset and the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate customer needs.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and driving cross-company initiatives.
