Cato Networks is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our growing global HR team.

About the Role
 In this role, you will serve as a key partner and right hand to the C&B lead, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with HR and senior leadership to support and shape our global Total Rewards strategy in a fast-scaling environment.

What you’ll do
  • Lead global compensation processes (salary reviews, equity, benchmarking) end-to-end
  • Partner with managers and senior leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance
  • Manage salary ranges, compensation data, and survey submissions (Radford, Zviran, etc.)
  • Conduct market analysis and deliver data-driven insights
  • Drive and support Total Rewards and HR projects
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of C&B experience in a global company
  • Strong experience advising managers and working with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, independent, and proactive with a strong can-do approach
  • Experience building or improving compensation processes
  • Advanced Excel + experience with HR systems
