Cato Networks to Showcase Agentic Automation at UiPath FUSION 2025
Cato to highlight the real-world deployment of UiPath’s coded agents to deliver faster, more consistent customer experiences at scale
TEL AVIV, Israel, September 23, 2025 – Cato Networks, the SASE leader, today announced that Daniela Rosenstein (robotic process automation developer at Cato Networks) will present at UiPath FUSION 2025 in Las Vegas.
The session, “Agentic Automation with UiPath Coded Agents” (Tuesday, September 30 at 4:30 PM PT), will reveal how Cato implemented agentic automation using Python-powered coded agents from UiPath to automate the classification and resolution of inbound customer tickets.
By autonomously handling common inquiries and ensuring consistency in responses, Cato significantly reduced resolution times, freed employees from repetitive manual work, and enhanced the overall customer experience. Rosenstein will present alongside Taqi Jaffri (senior director of product at UiPath) and Eusebiu Jecan (principal product manager at UiPath).
“Our customers expect fast, accurate, and seamless support,” said Daniela Rosenstein, robotic process automation developer at Cato Networks. “By collaborating with UiPath and leveraging coded agents, we’ve redefined how our support organization operates. The result is a smarter, more efficient support process that scales with customer demand while ensuring quality and reliability.”
